The Model U4 Universal Temperature Monitor connects directly to your network via an Ethernet hub or switch offering a unique environmental logging solution for up to 4 probes of type temperature, switch, or power presence. The Model U4 supports 3 types of temperature probes: Standard Temperature, Hi Temperature, Low Temperaure.  Its list of features include: The Senturion Lite is simply the low cost version of the Senturion rackmount environmental monitor.  While some of the features have been removed, the core functionality of what you need most are still present with the Senturion Lite.  You'll still be able to monitor your IT infrastructure environment and receive alerts to your email or cell phone when something bad is happening....so that you can take the necessary steps to prevent a more catestrophic event that could result in lost data, lost time, and lost money.
